This patch works for me on mild pain, it works best in areas where the pain patch can be nearest to the joint, such as your knee. Doesn't work as well on my back.

Pros

I have applied lidocaine patches to patients in the hospital and the results are usually positive. Clients typically feel relief within minutes.

Cons

Transdermal-meaning medication applied directly to the skin can cause allergic reactions.
