Heat can be applied numerous ways to painful areas of the body. Heating pads, microwavable wraps, air-activated wraps (like ThermaCare) can all provide heat therapy. Additionally, jetted tubs or even a simple shower can deliver some heat therapy benefits. Increase blood flow and dilation of blood vessels can bring relaxation and relief.

Add your reviewI use heat pads..hebal wrap from the microwave..and I love my tub with epsom salts…I'm not familiar with this brand/product
This works to ease pain and give some comfort for me but as sleepless peeps said it is not effective for serious issues.
For less serious conditions or injuries, heat therapy can be soothing and very effective.
ConsNot really effective for serious, chronic pain conditions.
