Gabapentin is frequently used to treat various types of nerve pain. It has been found to be effective in prevention of frequent migraine headaches, and neuropathic pain. Gabapentin is widely believed to help patients with post-operative chronic pain (usually caused by nerves that have been severed accidentally in an operation and when grown back, have reconnected incorrectly) and nerve pain associated with spinal cord injury.

Add your reviewI find that this helps me very much for RLS and neuropathy. Doesn't seem to do much as far as chronic pain goes but definately help rls and the burning and tingling from neuropathy.
I have been taking this medcation since 2008. I take 900mg before bed at this time and 100mg as needed during the day since my recent 3rd injury to my neck and new backpain. I hope I don't need to use the bathroom for several hours after my pm dose; it makes me dizzy but I have found that it helps take the edge off. I was able to reduce my dose in the past and hope to do it again.
I think I never had an enough of the dose to really tell if it was working. Doctor only put me on it when I broke two toes, for about 4 weeks.
it helps with the burning pain in my feet and legs
Works well for me. At times.
ConsSeemed to work better in the beginning than it does now.
